Thank you for shopping with Back to Primal. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@backtoprimal.co.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
Back to Primal is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to our support team. We will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@backtoprimal.co.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
Back to Primal is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to local laws, regulations, or carrier restrictions.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination provided.
