If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@backtoprimal.co and provide your order number along with a brief description of the issue.
We will review each request individually and work with you to find a solution, which may include:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund
No Returns on Consumable Products
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, teas, powders, and other consumable products, we do not accept physical returns.
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, products that have left our facility cannot be returned or restocked.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@backtoprimal.co.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be modified or canceled at any time before the next billing date.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy.
Marketplace Purchases
Products purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, or other third-party retailers are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms and must be handled directly through the original place of purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
